You'll find the cache fairly easily at the listed coordinates, without much walking, but the real treasure can be found after reading the inside of the lid. That hike is a little more difficult - not for somebody with severe health problems or disabilities but OK for non-sedentary people and kids 5 & older.
Wear orange during deer season.
During the Spring, it's best not to attempt to drive through any "mud puddles" in the dirt road. I once got stuck in mud up to the axles attempting that.
