Pillage the Village... Inn Event Cache

This cache has been archived.

Aberwak: It's been almost two weeks- everyone should have had enough time to log their visit. It was a great event that I had lots of fun putting together. Thanks everyone!

Geocache Description:

A dinner event cache at the Village Inn in Las Cruces at the intersection of Lohman and Telshor.

Update: The event was a success! There was an estimated 34 people in attendance. Most of them were stumped by the trivia questions. If you'd like to stump your friends with some geocaching trivia, here is a PDF of the questions. Make sure you have the answers handy, otherwise things could get awkward.

----------------

This is my first event cache. It's a simple event to meet the Las Cruces area geocachers. I don't really have much planned other than dinner. I'm hoping to discuss future events (larger ones), including a "Cache In, Trash Out" event in the near future. I'm still planning out what else might happen at this event, but it is a small and simple one just to meet other geocachers in Las Cruces.

This event will take place at the Village Inn located at Telshor and Lohman on Saturday, August 12 at 6:00pm. Village Inn has a great variety of food; if you're not in the mood or don't have time for a full meal, you could stop in for a shake. For more information about Village Inn or to see their website, please visit http://www.villageinn.com/.

It would be great if those interested in attending could RSVP by August 5 just so I can get an idea of how many will be attending. Hope to see many familiar and new faces!
