This is a fairly well camouflaged, out in the open cache. When your gizmo tells you you’re about 30 feet away, (more or less) believe it. You will need to bushwhack through some ferns, and near a horizontal tree to get to it.
The terrain rating is due to the bushwhacking for the last bit. The rest of the time, you are on an established trail. At least you should be. If you aren’t, you’ve made a serious boo-boo.
When you find it, DO NOT try to remove the container you found. Open it GENTLY
Coords were taken with a 30-foot error. YMMV.
