Makkura 【まっくら～】
This is a hiking cache. It makes for a wonderful day out in nature with a bit of an adventure...
**Most important: You need a good flashlight for this hike! Please don't even consider going without one. You won't make it very far. And that ol' cell phone of yours is not going to make any difference either!
** The course:
Length: about 7km (4.3miles); cache is about half-way
Time: approximately 3-4 hours (take your time and make it a day-trip)
Altitude difference: virtually none
Closest station: Namaze station on JR Fukuchiyama Line. It's the next station after Takarazuka station so you can either take JR or Hankyu Takarazuka Lines to Takarazuka and then change to JR Fukuchiyama Line. Don't try to walk from Takarazuka station to save money, it's not a pleasant experience at all and you will probably get lost!
You don't have to go back all the way because this hike is conveniently located between two train stations. It doesn't matter from which side you start but I recommend leaving from Namaze station because you will have to walk along a stinky and noisy road for 1,5km (0.9miles) which doesn't make for a nice finish I figure. The trail ends at JR Takedao station from where you can head home.
Bring: Flashlight, good shoes, Water, Food, Insect repellant, suntan lotion, camera, towel, swim suit
The trailhead is at N34 49.443 E135 19.148. Exiting Namaze station turn right and head down to the river. Don't cross the river! Instead turn left and walk along the road for about one kilometre (.6mi). This road has heavy traffic and is not nice to walk along but there is no other way. As soon as you can see houses on your right head down towards the river.At N34 49.442 E135 19.176 turn left and walk up to the trailhead. You can park here in case you come with your own transportation. Now follow the river and enjoy the trip.

-Find your way through the first makkura, there is nothing to gain here other than some first encounter with fear...
-The second makkura will reveal it's secret only to the fearless adventurer who counts to 209 which is the same as 138 plus 40. Watch your step!

旧国鉄福知山線の廃線跡のトンネル内にキャッシュはあります。もちろん照明はありません。トンネル内は【まっくら～】です。
この廃線跡は武庫川渓谷に沿って渓谷美や紅葉が楽しめますが、決してこれはハイキングコースではありません。
(でも歩きやすいですが。。?)
コース上での事故は全て自己責任です。老化した橋梁を渡る際は特に注意して、探検気分を楽しんで下さい。
★ヘッドライト、または懐中電灯(明るいもの)は絶対に必要です。生瀬から武田尾までは、約3時間程度の距離です。
キャッシュには鉛筆が入っていますが、念のためペンを持参して下さい。
ヒントにある枕木の数字が読みにくくなっています。写真を頼りに探して下さい。
★ 2016年 11月15日 追記
ＪＲ西日本により安全対策工事が行われ、公認のハイキングコースになりました。
廃線跡の価値を損なわないように整備されていて、注意看板が多く設置されています。
トンネル内も新たに砂利が撒かれて歩きやすく整備され、障害物が撤去されました。
それぞれのトンネル入口には、枕木で出来たベンチが新たに設置されています。
しかしトンネル内の整備後、ヒントになる枕木の数字がとても読みづらい状況になっていました。
キャッシュは、新しいスポイラー写真を参考に探して下さい。
勿論、トンネル内は 『 まっくら～ 』 です。明るいライトを必ず持参して下さいね。
