No record of stocking since 1962.
MANAGEMENT: Moderate populations of largemouth bass and northern pike are present in Long Trade. Fishing for bass, bluegills, and crappies can be very good. A few, large northern pike are present. The outlet dam is a barrier to upstream migration of carp. No maintenance fish stocking occurs.
FISHING INFORMATION: 153-acre reservoir on the upper Trade River. It's shallow at 13 ft. max depth, murky, and weedy. And it's home to fairly good population of northern pike, largemouth bass and panfish. ________________________________________________________ I have ice fished it a time a two. Not sure what I got! An other part of Local landings. I hope you all enjoy. As a matter
of fact, I didn't know where the landing for this lake was
until Pto requested that I put one in there to keep up the local
landings sequence. Bring the kids and grab the poles. Fish away. I
started this one with all new items (I think, cant seem to remember
anymore). Watch out for the Muggelers. Remember this is a VERY
public place. Boats coming and going....
