Geocache Description:

The final of three caches around the Burton Park Estate.This is a Bonus-Cache,the co-ords having been concealed in the earlier caches in the trio ie.Springs ain't wot they used to be & Duncton Mill Pond Spring

The co-ords given above are not those of the cache but are the
entrance to Burton Park.Limited parking is available in the nearby streets as pedestrian access only is allowed to us Grockles.Burton Park was a School for the children of the rich
& famous but closed about 10 years ago and has been tastefuly
developed with a new estate,additonal houses around the green
and the main house being turned into flats.From our frequent walks through the park we have found the new locals very friendly so please treat them accordingly.
At N 50 57.086
W000 37.167 you will find a tree.your identification of this trees name will give you the values of V & W.The total
No.of letters in the first word of its name equating to V and its second word equating to W.This should now give you
both co-ords for the final cache.Having found it(or not)continue along the path until you eventually reach the
road.Turn right and follow the stream back up to the path you originaly came from leading back to the church.If you parked back on the main road,you can do no better than retrace your steps enjoying the view as you go.We hope that you enjoyed sharing one of our favourite areas.
