Look over to the Sovereign Bank this was built on the former site of the Hanover Station. This old map will show you where the Railroad tracks went through Hanover, click to zoom in. http://docs.unh.edu/MA/abgt17se.jpg
There was a short spur line which crossed Broadway to the Phillips Bates Lumber Company (now Sylvester's Hardware & Marine Store). This cache is placed close to the road on the Sylvester side, not on bank property, look with care. Before the station was torn down it housed a restaurant and a coffee shop, but was demolished in the 1960's. This was the end of the line and the turntable was located not far from here.
A kiosk was formerly located on the bank property, but has disappeared all that remain is a bulletin board beside the door of the bank.
Cache is not located near the traffic lights, no need to go there. But bushes are near!
