This is the site of the Hanover Branch Railroad turntable and water tower for the trains, both long since gone.
This kiosk has plenty of information about the railroad take some time to read it. It tells of the schedule, wish trains today were that prompt.
The neighbors keep an eye on this area, so be aware and use some stealth when finding and replacing the cache!
