Der Weg
Der Cache liegt ganz in der Nähe der Leopold-Figl-Warte. Sie ist über verschiedene Wanderwege erreichbar, so z.B. von Königstetten aus über den Planetenweg (www.planetenweg.cc). Der kürzeste Weg (ca. 1km) führt vom Parkplatz des Berghotels zur Warte. Folgt man der Straße vom Parkplatz in nordwestlicher Richtung, so führt unmittelbar neben dem Hotel ein beschilderter Weg hinauf. Bei schönem Wetter sieht man sehr weit, also Fotoapparat nicht vergessen.
Geländegängige Kinderwägen sind möglich.
Der Cache
Der Cache ist eine Tupperbox (10,5x17x4,5cm) und in ein Plastiksackerl eingepackt, um die Feuchtigkeit besser abzuhalten.
Im Cache befinden sich ein Logbuch und ein Bleistift (bitte drinlassen), ein EPROM 27256, ein blauer Würfel, eine leere Patronenhülse, ein 4mm Inbusschlüssel und eine lustige Büroklammer aus einem Überraschungsei.
Im Bereich des Caches ist der GPS-Empfang sehr schlecht. Lokalisiere also ungefähr die Stelle und lass dich dann von deiner Geocacherintuition leiten. Das Versteck ist sehr eindeutig.
The Way
The cache is hidden nearby the Leopold Figl look-out. It's reachable on different hiking paths, e.g. you could follow the Planetenweg (way of planets, www.planetenweg.cc). The shortest hike starts at the parking area of the Berghotel. If you follow the road in northwesterly direction, a marked path starts immediatly beside the hotel. If the weather is well there might be a really good sight. You should take your camera with you.
Outdoor strollers are possible.
The Cache
The Cache is a Tupper box (10.5x17x4.5cm) and is wrapped into a plastic bag to keep it dry.
Within the cache there is a log book and a pencil (please don't remove), an EPROM 27256, a blue dice, an empty bullet casing, a 4mm allen key, and a funny paper-clip.
The GPS signals are weak near the hiding place. Find roughly the right location and then trust your Geocacher intuition. The hiding place is really obvious.
