Breve passeggiata a Capo Sandalo, Isola di San Pietro (Sardegna)

Il cache si trova nell'Isola di San Pietro, a Capo Sandalo, posto di incantevole bellezza, in particolare al tramonto. E' un avamposto verso ovest... da lì in poi c'è il mare e la Spagna/Tunisia.
Il cache è posizionato sotto un masso a breve distanza dalla passeggiata di Capo Sandalo, vicino alla scogliera a circ 4 metri dal bordo della scogliera.
La scogliera - e tutta l' area - è una riserva di osservazione e protezione uccelli. Dal cache si possono facilmente vedere i Falchi della Regina che svolazzano sulla scogliera (da maggio ad ottobre, perchè da ottobre a maggio sono ... in Madagascar)

Il nome deriva dalla legislatrice sarda Eleonora d’Arborea (1350-1403) che compilò il codice di leggi denominato "Carta de Logu" vi inserì un articolo in cui si vietava severamente la cattura di falchi.
Cercare il cache è l' occasione per osservare - senza disturbare - questi bellissimi rapaci e per visitare la remota l'isola di S. Pietro.
Note: no flip-flop o sandali aperti, occorre camminare tra sassi, meglio scarpe chiuse. Attenzione in caso di bambini: il cache e' a soli 4 metri dal bordo della scogliera

The cache is nearby Capo Sandalo, St. Peter Island, a place of remarkable beauty, particularly at sunset. Is one the most remote western location in Sardinia ... from there there only sea and Spain/Tunisia.
The cache is positioned just outside the walk track nearby Capo Sandalo, under a big rock. It's near to the cliff, may be 4 meters, still at safe distance.
The cliff itself - and all area indeed - is a bird protection reserve. From the cache is easy to spot the Queen's Hawks on the nearby cliff (May through Oct; From Oct to May they migrate to ... Madagascar).

The name itself comes from Eleanor d’Arborea (1350-1403) a lawmaker that in the "Carta de Logu" wrote one of the earliest known law about bird protection.
So, hunt for the cache, is also a good opportunity to observe these beautiful bird of prey - pls do not disturb them - and to visit the remote and beautiful St. Peter Inland.

So ist Jagd für den Pufferspeicher, auch eine gute Gelegenheit, dieses beautyfull Raubvogel zu beobachten - pls stören sie nicht.
