This is a small cache so bring your own pen.
This cache is placed in compliance with Back Brake Billy's cache, Poplulation Explosion.
It is in a small park with a fountain and benches. Have a seat and enjoy the sounds of the water, it is very relaxing. This area is steeped in history. This is where a lot of children spent their early years. Either they didn't have families or their family couldn't care for them for one reason or another. Now the original area has been divided up. The chapel is now an independant church, one building is used for the county extention and new buildings are used for county government offices.
