This is on a paved path, I believe it would be wheelchair accessable. This is kid friendly and a very nice walk.

Welcome to the Dragonflie's New Ring... the cache is hidden in a blue lays stacks container with a yellow lid.
it is tucked just off the walk way.
There are FTF and 2ndTF certificates. plus some cool stones, pyrite and amethyst, oh yeah and a wine cork....lol
