Bandikafa: (Bandika-timber) 150 years old, its circuit is 550 cm, 30 metres high, protected aspen (Populus alba)
It can be found next to the livingwater-canal that flowing between Békéscsaba and Gyula. The canal has been dug out by the denizens – because of the drainage of the swamps and the abatement of the wood. The sometime holiday-destination has been named from a boy - Wenckheim András - (visit link) who had fallen down from a tree.
