Iniziamo quasi subito una ripidissima salita che in pochi
chilometri raggiunge un'ondulato crinale, per poi percorrerlo in
direzione sud. Tutto attorno ampi coltivi inframezzati da calanchi.
Da rilevare la quasi assenza di vegetazione ad alto fusto che
consente da ogni punto un'ottima visione della ondulata formazione
