Created by the State Highway Commission near 1967 and ending in 1981, the road to this important state official's house was designated as K100.
Depending on the time of year, there might be some bushwacking involved. The cache is 475 feet from the end of the road.
Ammo box contains maps, sheriff's patch, sheriffs star toy, flashlights, emergency guide and other items.
I enjoy maps and mapping. As my first hide, I thought it would be nice to bring attention to a long gone highway
that still functions as a day to day city street on state property.
This park is accessible under the same hours as all other parks in the City of Topeka. 0600-2300 hrs.
Enjoy.
