End Of The Road #4 Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

Trimblefox: Due to various stages going missing, I've had to archive this one.
Apologies that I wasn't able to maintain it better and thanks to those who made the effort to look for it.
The 2nd stage was located at a tree not too far north of the playground equipment.
It was located in the nook of the tree and the written clue led you to the far east side of the park, where there was a tree with three trunks growing from the base of the tree. The 3rd stage was located in a nook there and led you to a tree not far from there near the south to south east corner of the park and the 4th stage / the cache itself was a 35mm film canister, located in a hollowed out root at the base of that tree.
At the time of archival, at least one or two stages were suspected missing, but no attempt was made to retrieve the stages or cache. A much later trip to the park revealed that all 3 of the non-permanent stages, including the cache, were missing.

Geocache Description:

This is a 4 part multi/puzzle cache located in Drexel Heritage Park in Morganton, NC, USA.

Notes/Warnings:At the end of West Concord Street lies one of the best kept secrets in all of Morganton: Drexel Heritage Park, which contains a walking track, bathrooms, picnic sheters, and playground equipment. This multi/puzzle cache begins at a large piece of this playground equipment. You will need to walk under this structure. Underneath, you must search and find two distinct 6 digit numbers that are painted in white paint on the blue parts of the structure. (These are serial numbers for the different parts; we did not paint them there) One of these numbers is painted several times in different places, while the other appears only once. You must use these two 6 digit numbers to figure out the location of stage 2 of this cache.
You are given the following:
N 35° _ _ . _ _ _ and W 081° _ _ . _ _ _
Use the following clues to help you fill in the blanks:
To find the minutes of the north coordinate, subtract the lower number from the higher number and add twenty.
To find the seconds of the north coordinate, take the last three digits of the lower number. Move the first digit of those three in between the other two.
To find the minutes of the west coordinate, consider the second and third digits of the lower number to be a two-digit number. Divide that number in half.
To find the seconds of the west coordinate, consider the first two digits of the higher number to be a two digit number and the last two digits of the higher number to be a two digit number. Subtract the smaller of these two digit numbers from the other. Attach a 4 to the front of the resulting number and you should have a three digit number.
The resulting coordinates will lead you to stage 2. Stage 2 leads to stage 3, and stage 3 leads to the final stage. All stages of this cache are micros.
Pen/Pencil: Bring your own pen/pencil.
Parking: There is a large parking lot in front of this park.
Muggles: Muggles will vary throughout the day, but should remain generally low. However, you are likely to be watched by some of the residents nearby, so be somewhat stealthy.
