Geocache Description:

Park in the lot next to the main pavilion at Hasson Heights Park and begin your search there.

Cache is hidden in a Lock & Lock storage container not too far from the playground area of Hasson Heights Park. This park is open all year long and is known for its breath-taking rhododendron display in the early summer. Take some time to enjoy the rest of the park while you're there!

The land (44 acres) for this park was donated to Oil City by Captain William Hasson in 1895. Hasson also donated 36 acres to the Fair Association of Oil City, 6 acres for a new hospital, and land to several churches.

This cache has been placed with permission of the City of Oil City Public Works Department.
