Here’s some trivia: The company was founded in 1971 in Seattle’s Pike Place Market. It’s named after the first mate in Herman Melville’s Moby Dick. There are locations in all 50 states as well as the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. International locations include 36 countries. The logo has been altered several times and currently seems to be “correct” in every respect.
