This cache was named this simply because people that have spring, summer and or fall birthdays sometimes have them in parks. The cache is nearby a pavilion where such parties could take place. You are looking for an ammo box thats got your typical everyday geosway. Try looking for this without singing "Sixteen Candles", you know you probably cannot.
