flossmoor: I want to thank Lehigh Mafia for providing more of the "above and beyond" with which they have blessed me throughout my Floridian geocaching experiences. Yesterday they paid a visit to this cache to verify it was definitely gone: not as positive an outcome as retrieving one of my caches from the Lee County Sheriff's Office (ah, good times), but like every time they go out of their way I appreciate them taking the time out of their day for the good of others.
Uprooting those ugly melaleucas is always a good thing... provided they plant native vegetation in its place as opposed to planting yet another shopping mall. Because the process continues it would not be appropriate to deploy a new cache in this area; when the time is right it would also not be appropriate to release it under this cache name or waypoint as the position will almost certainly change.
So, either way, archival of the current cache is appropriate. I will leave this area untouched so others can deploy their own cache if they desire. If the area remains untouched for a while, I may redeploy something of my own.
Thank you to all who visited this cache and kept the original "Mrs. White's Class Cache" idea alive.
Admin: please archive this cache.
