The little steam engine that could.
Schuster Park, located on the city’s southeast side is a neat city park with a large picnic and playground area. Of special interest is a part of the old Grand Avenue Bridge which was saved when the new bridge crossing O'Neil creek was modernized some years ago. The original cast iron bridge is located on the northern edge of the park. Recreation facilities include lighted tennis courts, skateboard park, baseball backstop with grass field, basketball backboard, sand volleyball court, horseshoe pits and 15-hole disc golf course.
The newest addition is a steam locomotive that was recently moved from the 1964 World's Fair Pavilion down the road a bit. The owners have donated it to the city, hence it's present site. While the locomotive seems to have a fence all around it, there is a gated opening that allows a closer view and the cache.
You'll have to scan the locomotive carefully and slowly to find the cache.
The cache is not visible but the hint is quite specific as to where it is located.
Although the locomotive is surrounded by a fence, it is entered all the time. Don't be timid.
