Steane is another one of those places that you drive past and take no notice of until there's a cache there. Looking at the map it was the Manor House that drew me here, but while walking along the footpath i found what can only be decribed as a posh garden feature. The owners look as if they have recreated Monets Japanese Garden, a very nice if unexpected suprise.
The cache is a small box with room for a log book and a few swap items and TBs.
Please park close to the main road as there is no parking further down only private houses.
