Herman W. Alford, a long time resident Lawyer and Business man of Philadelphia, was an advocate for ecomonic developement and education awareness.

The posted coordinates will take you to a monument for the Herman W. Alford Memorial Hwy. The final stage is a matchsafe Located at:
32 48.AAA
89 07.BBB

to get AAA and BBB you will need to the two 3 digit numbers from the large white sign nearby, XXX and YYY
Next you will need to figure Mr Alford's Age from the info on the monument ZZ.

AAA = XXX + YYY - ZZ + 10
BBB = YYY - XXX + ZZ - 16
