The cache is located in Brinkhoff Park, Pella's west end welcome park. To see a list of all the city's parks go to www.cityofpella.com and select the Community Services/Parks link. My favorite is Big Rock Park, which also has caches.
I wanted my first cache to be easy peasy and highly accessible for quick Travel Bug drop-offs. The terrain should be pretty wheelchair-friendly although there is a little unpaved ground to cross.
Regular swag trade welcome (it's not just for Travel Bugs).
Since the cache is out in the open I disguised the box to deter muggle curiosity, but there's no need to "bee" afraid, and no key is required to access the cache. **NOTE** It has nothing to do with the nearby green electrical boxes, so for safety's sake leave those alone.
This cache is to commemorate our upcoming hundredth cache find. Thanks to JDLBRUX for introducing us to geocaching!
PS There are 2 resident geocoins in this cache, permanently attached, for you to "discover".
