Welcome to Washtucna!
Down visiting family we decided that y’all didn’t have enough caches around here.
We noticed that most of the caches around here tell about the history, geology, etc.--all smarty like. So that we don’t feel left out, here is some history and information about Washtucna:
There’s a pool. It’s been here awhile (buck fifty gets ya in). Meteorologically speaking it’s reeeally hot in the summer. The locals say that’s because they’re in a hole, so they’re closer to he(double broomsticks). Um, did we mention there’s a pool that’s been here for awhile? There can’t be more than 300 hundred people here. And the pool comes in handy when it’s hot, because it’s reeeally hot in the summer…did we mention that? Yeah, enough of that.
There is a little gas station/coffee shop right nearby that serves good gas…er, coffee. If you're into that sort of thing, there’s one bar down the street. No grocery. No family restaurant (bar serves food, but not to the wee beasties). Uh…yeah, that’s about it…except for the pool.
We balk at calling this a micro for all of you micro haters, but it’s very, very small for a small cache. The original contents were beads from the Rio, small flashlight, couple of AA’s, dolphin bracelet, and the FTF didn’t quite fit, so it was taped to the bottom. So if you choose to trade , think SMALL, otherwise just have fun and sign the log.
*IMPORTANT NOTE* This cache is not under any rocks or in any shrubbery, so please do not lift or rustle. It is perfectly visible once you're looking at it.
