This little park, dedicated to Indian Rocks pioneer Keegan Clair, has been through a lot of changes over the years. The cache has moved from the now-gone wooden dock, to a clump of bamboo (also now gone), to a hedge (now gone), to a picnic shelter (now gone), to a tree (now gone), to its current location. As of this writing, the park is still undergoing construction and changes. There is a canoe/kayak launch area and some docks where you can tie up your boat while visiting some of the local establishments.
