Geocache Description:

This is an easy cache on the north end of the beach esplanade. Hidden not far from the road and can be a quick cache or you can walk the paved and pleasant 2 mile beach front. NOTE: Easiest to do this cache at low tide.

I hid this cache with my nephew, Jamie. He is becoming a geocaching expert so he will be keeping an eye on this cache (along with his techno-phobe grandparents) because I live in Kent. It is a small tuppeware box hidden at the end of the beach where the River Don meets the sea. There are a few small kids toys in the cache, a log book and a disposable camera (please take a pic when you find the cache, solo efforts taken at arms length are perfectly acceptable).

My nephew is only seven years old, but loves the final geocache search so if you can leave small toys or kids stuff he will be chuffed to bits when he checks on this cache (supervised by his Dad or Grandparents of course, Deceangi)

CACHE MOVED AND INFO UPDATED: Old cache site has been eroded away and is a little dangerous. New site is 50 yrds south and coords have been updated. Park at the far north end of the Beach Esplanade, look for three carved stone sculptures. Head down to the sand from here and walk north towards the river mouth. In wet weather take care on the rocks please.
