Park at Forgetmenot Pond and hike the Ford Knoll Trail. My wife and I went in a clockwise direction, spreading the 300 m elevation gain over 3.6 kms. The other direction will get you to the top in less then 2 kms. We enjoy doing the loop. The cache is somewher along the cliff tops forming the viewpoint over Powderface Trail. Great views of Nihahi Ridge on the way up.
The cache is in a small screw top plastic container (4" tall with a dia. of 2"). It contains some polished rocks, a 1964 Cdn penny, a Leggo man, a round magnet, a blue bead work broach made by a local artisan and a toonie reward for the FTF. Maybe someone can beat "One Bad Ant" to these incredible treasures - they are pretty fast and are getting rich on my toonie's! I tried to make the hide a little harder - probably take 45 secs instead of 10 secs - not many places to hide things here. No hints other then you don't have to risk your life messing around to close to the cliffs. GPS accuracy +/- 9 m.
