Rec Road Residence Traditional Cache

It's just off Hwy 97 and State Recreation Road. State Recreation Road leads to the LaPine State Park.
To find the cache turn off 97 onto a dirt road about 1/8 of a mile north of the State Park road on the west side of the highway. The cache is within eyesight of the highway.
I know nothing about this spot other than it caught my eye. It looks fairly interesting except for the jibberish.
