Remember the Mustang Drive-In?

Another of my local  "recent" history caches.
Remember when you could sit in your car and watch movies? You hook up a speaker onto your side
window and could adjust your own volume?
Sometimes there was more action in the other cars than on the screen, but that would be another story.

When we arrived in the Valley in the early 70's there was still one drive-in left. (There had been another called the Corall Drive-in on San Francisquito
Road, but it was gone by the time we got here.)

Anyway, the Mustang Drive-In went away in the early 80's, in the name of progress, I suppose.

If anyone has a picture of the Old Mustang Drive-In, it might be fun to post it here.

This cache is near the site of our little piece of Americana.
