There are over 5 miles of trails throughout this area and it's a great place to come for an evening walk or bike ride. It's just as appealing for any four legged friends you may have. The trails are well-maintained, gravel trails and only slightly hilly. The cache is about 1.15 miles one way as the crow flies.
When we were placing the cache, we saw a bunny in the same spot we had seen one just the other night. So, in honor of that little critter this cache is named Bunny's Hideaway.
This should be a fairly easy walk through the woods. The cache is an ammo can that has been painted. It has lots of trinkets in it including some Official Geocaching Gear!
Enjoy the cool of the evening and the sound of all the birds. This is a great place to walk hand in hand with your sweetie and smell the fresh forest air.
There are also lots of blackberry bushes around so bring a cup and take some home for later.
The coordinates are the average of several different readings and should get you pretty close. There are lots of trees around so the coverage may be spotty at times. Let me know if you have any difficulty.
