Geocache Description:

The cache is a regular size lock "n" lock hidden under the bridge that crosses the beautiful upper Toquart River, above Toquart Lake.

Follow Maggie Lake forest service road all the way to Toquart Bay. Stay to your left and follow the main road.

On the way to the cache you will cross the Lower Toquart River, and then head up the Toquart Valley. Once you reach Toquart Lake, the road narrows, and is starting to become a little overgrown (see photo) from the lake all the way to the cache. From where the road starts to become overgrown, it is about 4-6 km to the cache. Although there is not much room to turn around on the way to the cache site, there is ample room to turn around once you get there.

The cache is located under the bridge that crosses the Upper Toquart River. As you approach, the cache is under the left side of the bridge, on the side closest to you.

For anyone participating in the Vancouver Island Topo Challenge, this cache falls into 92F3.

***NOTE***
After the last people were not able to find the cache, I will recommend not trying this one until I can get up there to check on it it. It is way too far for someone to drive, just to come up empty. I suspect that Toquart Falls is also gone, but have not been up there in a while to check it out. If you are in the area anyways, both of the cache locations are beautiful spots to visit. Post a picture of yourself there, and you can claim it as a find.
