RoadRunner: This cache has been disabled for a long time with no indication in the logs that it will be back.
Per the guidelines caches should be down for maintenance for only a few weeks. Since there is no indication in the logs that this will be back in action soon I am archiveing it.

Geocache Description:

This cache is in a nice neighboorhood near 101 loop and Ray. We rated this cache a 4 star because it may take some time to sort it out.

It's in a green belt and the cache container is a micro. There is not a lot of people in this park but may be a lot of cars on the street. Been trying to do this one for a while since we moved in. Any time there is a heavy rain this will be under shallow water for 12-24 hrs but still accessable. We may be watching from across the street, so go ahead and wave : ) Happy caching! Please make sure container clicks when closing it so it stays water proof. Please return to SAME SPOT so others may find it with the hints if needed.
