Welcome to Rowland, North Carolina. Our well manicured welcome signs greet you.
The town of Rowland is know as the "Town of a Thousand Friends." Rowland received its charter on March 11, 1889. Rowland is a small town with a population of 1,100 to 1,200 citizens. More information about our fine city can be seen at the town's website www.townofrowland.org.
This cache is a driveby and is near the city limit's border. It is adjacent to a well traveled highway that is used mostly by local traffic. There is no parking but the shoulder of the road is fairly is wide so pulling off should not be a problem. Please use caution when exiting your vehicle and stealth when on the hunt.
