This cache is a tribute to the Great Race and all its participants. The Great Race in Auburn, New York, also known as the Captain Myles Keogh Paddle, Wheel, & Run, will mark its 29th year in 2006. Five distinct Run, Bike, and Paddle (either canoe or kayak) Team Triathlon Relay races will begin at 9:30 A.M. on the second Sunday of August at Emerson Park, on Owasco Lake in New York's Finger Lakes region.
