Out in the boonies
Organized in 1844, the present building was completed in 1911. Built by Roland Skinner, A local carpenter, the church is noted for the high quality pine used in its construction. In 1852, John Crowther, an early settler, deeded the six acres of land that included the church and cemetery, which was established ca 1860.
