Quad Rider Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

m_and_w: Time to put this one to bed. Especially since the "quad" tree with four trunks in a row is no longer there. Thanks to all that visited. For those folks that would like a smiley for visiting GZ when the hide was missing, feel free to change your DNF to a Found It.

Geocache Description:

Located in Frosty Hollow County Park, this is a popular spot for ATVers as you'll quickly discover once you hit the trails. M wanted to make this a "quad"ratic equation puzzle, but W talked him out of it.

This cache is about .3 miles into the woods on flat terrain, and is hidden less than 25 feet off a nearby trail. About 100 feet from GZ which is in the middle of the woods, you'll find a very large clearing with dips and jumps perfect for breaking in that new 4-wheeler so bring'em if you got'em. There are many trails here going this way and that, but they all seem to lead to the clearing one way or another.

Since many of the trails are hard-packed dirt because of the ATVs, it could get muddy after the rain, so plan appropriately, and be on alert for motorized muggles.

We started this cache with a 4-wheelin' green Jeep.
