Geocache Description:

A sneaky little micro placed in Brooker Creek Headwaters Preserve for your caching pleasure.

This is for those who don’t mind hunting a micro in the wild. If you are looking for ammo’s this one’s not for you.

The cache is a 2.4 mile round trip from the parking area on Ramblewood. There will be some bushwhacking involved but the amount will be determined by your approach.

If you haven’t been here during August, be prepared. Boots and pants are my preference for this one even though it’s hot. Be sure to bring plenty of water and deet as you will need it. Ticks are plentiful and in search of a ride.

Coords were averaged over 30 minutes but the tree cover is dense. Your geo skills should prove useful.

Hope you enjoy it!

Brooker Creek Headwaters Nature Preserve is operated by the Southwest Florida Water Management District and is open from sunrise to sunset. Permission from Hillsborough County land managers is currently required to place caches here.
