Grab a watercraft and start at the Clark cabin boat ramp for easiest access.
I figured I would do something a little different, so here you go: All I have is an inflatable dinghy. That is all that you need, but the boat ramp is nearby, so you could get this one while out fishing or pleasure boating. Once you cross the water there should be no problem finding this one. Log and pen are in the cache.
