Geocache Description:

Lakeside Lutheran Church

This cache is just off the Blue Star Highway (US41). We are Attempting to place caches along this route to assist the Geocacher in their hunt for the perfect cache. We debated calling this one of our "Where We ....." series but thought this cache name more appropriate. We are trying to make unique or little used types of caches along this route. There is plenty of parking room available.

Cindy and I have found this a Church home after moving down from Maryland in 2001 and Michigan before that. We have become quite active in the church, singing in the Choir, working with the Sound Room and a member of the Trustees.

I spend a lot of time at Lakeside so stop in anytime during the day and introduce yourself to Pastor Winkle and the Staff. They will be glad to see you and will tell you if I am at Church working with the sound equipment. (Water is available if you are thirsty.) Jack Smith, another member, is also a Geocacher and may be in the Church office.
