This cache is part of our Rainbow series of caches. The theme of this cache is anything RED. Please trade only RED items if possible.
This cache was placed along a short Nature Trail primarily used by bird watchers. Because of it's proximity to Lake Erie, it is a major migratory resting spot for many varieties of birds. Bring your binoculors, you never know what you may see. As I was placing the cache, I heard these VERY large birds above me in the tree tops. They were startled by me and started circling. They were Turkey Vultures and very very neat to see up close.
If it's open, stop in and visit the Historic Lighthouse or the Lake Erie Fishery.
