NCreviewer: It appears that this cache is no longer being maintained by the original owner, and they aren't active any longer. The cache appears to have been moved inside the business and is being cared for by an interested store employee.
Unfortunately the guidelines prohibit caches placed inside businesses and those which require interaction with business employees. You cannot use a free geocaching.com listing to promote or endorse a commercial enterprise without specific permission from Geocaching HQ. http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#commercialcaches
