Geocache Description:

A tribute to CaverSpencer!
And a thank you for all your recent GR8GPN placements.

GR8GPN's Jeepster Commando at the cache

This cache is placed high on a mountain to the south of Herriman. I was up here getting the “foreign exchange”, GCWM5C cache and just had to explore this “road”.

My “Black Bear Road?”, GCW2T5 cache points to this “road” on this mountain.

*** CAUTION *** PLEASE READ: Seek this cache at your own risk!
You will need a 4X4 with good clearance if you plan to drive to this cache.
This trail is very steep and loose in places. The entire trail is next to the cliff ledge and places to turn around are VERY limited. If ledges, heights, and BIG rocks make you “pucker”, you had better hike to this cache.
The trail dead ends at the cache and you must turn your 4x4 around on the skinny trail, next to the cliff ledge by backing up the face of the mountain! This would be easier in a short wheel base Jeep, but my Commando was a little long here for my liking.
I would HIGHLY recommend turning around and parking at the last switch back and hiking to the cache from there.

The cache is a camoed peanut butter jar primed with 2 TB’s, nano containers and stuff for the kids.
