The coordinates above are for an intersection in Wallingford neighborhood. You'll need paper, a pencil, and brain power.
Once you are at the waypoint, look for "WATER" on the ground.
When you've found it, count the words. Square this number. Now you've done the math to solve the riddle below.
Riddle:
You'll find me on an Avenue named after an imaginary line,
Which circles the globe and east/west it defines.
Determine the Street by doing the math (above),
Mosey on over to find the cache.
From here you can enjoy the view,
And maybe call a friend or two.
