Easy cache near one of the many new developments in the area. There should be a nice view in the winter.
There isn't a whole lot to say. Some Asheville natives are not happy with the fact of this ongoing development seeing it as a blight on the skyline. There are some BIG houses going in here, that's for sure. One has to wonder though at what point does the traffic on Merrimon get so oppressive and hazardous that it becomes obvious that we have enough development/business/housing in this area.
Speaking of traffic, you should be aware that big trucks are going up and down this road so be careful when you leave your car.
