*** NEW COORDINATES 9/12/2009 ***
Secret Agent Training. The first 007 cache! Hopefully many more to follow. This cache (along with many others I've placed here) will cost you $6 to get into the park unless you have a season pass.
While on assignment and on a “business” meeting with my old friend Felix Leiter from CIA at a local open, beautiful and well kept waterfront park, it dawned on me that this would be a great location for amateur spies to get a taste of what it’s like to be a real spy. So, I decided to put a cache here and to test all comers to see if they have the stuff that spy legends are made of!
Be careful. This place is a very popular meeting place for foreign agents of dubious character so you must use good secret agent tradecraft to keep yourself from being discovered. They may look like people riding bikes, fishing, enjoying the beautiful gardens, picnicking, walking the trails, relaxing on the lawn, playing in the water, but don’t let that fool you, that’s the way they’re SUPPOSED to look. Park Rangers; yeah right. Think again!
It is a 3 stage cache to make it easy to elude observation from those who may be following you.
The first stage is a secluded drop point. You will have to use some of your spy training to decode the message. You will need a pencil and paper and this:
2,16+1,5,12,11,10,12+14,5,8,12,15,12,15,7,12
You have to be stealthy so no one sees where the secret coordinates are hidden. Getting to the second stage will take you on a little walk. You’re probably being watched so this should give you enough time to shake off those pesky agents following you around. The third, and final stage, will take you to an area that is a little off of the beaten path. The final stage is a large, clear Tupperware container. All stages are in the park.
I hope you enjoy this test of your skills. If you pass, we can always use good new agents. We don’t mind you Yanks working for Her Majesty’s Secret Service!
Good Luck!
