This is a drive up cache. You may have to walk 5 paces. The GPS kept jumping a bit because of the building, but you should have absolutely no problems finding this.
Hopefully on your drive to this site you passed by some of the lovely old homes of Baldwinsville. Many have decorative woodwork in front and many have been on home tours in the past. As you leave slow down and appreciate them. One even has a brass bathtub!
