Barbados Sam: Well it were a good run! I never woulda guessed this lil feller would have lasted 13 years! Alas, I sailed me ship up north ta the PNW four years ago so I nay have means to revive tha cache. Thanks to all who enjoyed tha hide mates! Arrrrr!

Here be a wee bit o' pirate history from yer Uncle Barbados Sam. Tha BILGE were a filthy, dirty an' stagnant place found at tha lowest part o' tha ship. This were a common place fer RATS ta gather as well. Even though tha BILGE RATS were despised fer thar nasty smell and fer spoilin' precious food on board, thar be times when we were at sea fer a spell that they were tha only source o' meat.
Soooo, what does that have ta do wit cachin'? Well....thar be some o' me mates out thar who likes ta hide thar plunder a hangin' inside bushes, or scattered amongst tha rocks...an' when I go ta find these buggers, me patience soon wears thin an' I can be heard shoutin' "BLAST YE FILTHY BILGE RATS!". Even tho those varmits be workin' me nerves, they also be adding a challenge to tha game. Soz they be bad an' good, savvy? Yeah, I know. It probably won't be makin' much sense to me once tha rum wears off neither!
So here's to all tha Bilge Rats amongst us! As usual wit' a Barbados Sam cache, ye nay have ta tear apart any wildlife or shrubbery ta get to tha plunder. Jes keep yer eyes peeled an' it will magically appear! Arrrrr!
