The event is currently planned for Saturday Sept. 9 2006 at 12:00 noon. Lunch will be potluck so bring enough for evryone.
This will be the first business meeting of NEFGA for the new fisical year. All cachers are invited to come and see what NEFGA is all about. We will be discussing current issues which are facing the group and making plans for the coming year.
A formal agenda has not been set but the meeting should look something like this:
12:00 Welcome and introduction of the new Board of Directors
12:15 Adress by The Prez about our vision for NEFGA
12:25 Recognition of Honorees
12:40 till 1:00 Issues and Goals for the New Year
1:00 till 2:00 Lunch and Social Time
2:00 till?? Group discussion of current and pressing issues
At completion of the event I am sure there will be variuos caching activites in the nearby area.
During our recent elcections many issues and topics surfaced that need to be discussed and dealt with so NEFGA can continue with our unprecedented growth through the new year. Please take advantage of this oppurtunity to come and share your opinions and strategies to help us continue to grow and evolve.
