It's been another great summer of geocaching
adventures and cache finding fun. Now it's time to get together and
swap stories of survival, luck, and perserverance. Join us for an
evening potluck at Tudek Park on September 15 at 5:30. Come enjoy a
chance to see old acquaintances and to put faces to those names
that keep showing up in the cache logs. Also, show your Penn State
pride as we prepare for the Youngstown State game the following
afternoon.
Even if you're not a football fan, come and join
the fun. (We all know the football game is really an excuse for
geocachers to get together.) There will be caching activities for
the kids, a travel bug exchange area, prize drawings, and awards
for highest/lowest achievements.

geocachers and anybody else who may be in town for the Penn State
game.

tailgate party.

from 5:30 til dusk.
- Where: Tudek Park in
State College.
- How: Potluck dinner.
Hotdogs, condiments, drinks, cups, plates, and napkins will be
supplied.
What to do:
- Mark you calendars.
- Please post a note if you plan
on coming and what you may bring.
- Gather up your travel bugs and
geocoins for exchanging or just "discovering".
Lastly, any small donations to help offset the cost would be
most appreciated. Also, even though the theme for this event is a
tailgate party, there will be no alcohol at the event.
